Rhonda M. Morra graduated from Albertus Magnus College in New Haven with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics. She received her Juris Doctorate from Western New England College, School of Law in Springfield, Massachusetts and is licensed to practice law in the state of Connecticut.
After 24 years as the sole proprietor of her private practice, specializing in family matters, Attorney Morra went on to spend four years as the Director of Legal Advocacy with the Connecticut Coalition Against Domestic Violence.
Attorney Morra joins the team here at Budlong & Scelfo, LLC after more than 25 years of practice and has represented over one thousand child clients as Guardian Ad Litem in family court matters. Attorney Morra concentrates on family law such as dissolution of marriage, custody, parenting, legal separation, child support and paternity issues.
